Pe termen lung, ea determin\u0103 obezitate, diabet, sc\u0103derea ap\u0103r\u0103rii imunologice \u0219i unele tipuri de cancer, precum \u0219i efecte psihologice precum anxietate, depresie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hipersomnolen\u021ba \u0219i insomnia<\/strong> sunt probleme globale care amenin\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i calitatea vie\u021bii, put\u00e2nd fi prevenite \u0219i tratate prin avertizarea profesioni\u0219tilor \u0219i a publicului.
