Majoritatea responden\u021bilor au r\u0103spuns c\u0103 evenimentele mondiale recente le-au influen\u021bat s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103 &#8222;\u00eentr-o oarecare m\u0103sur\u0103&#8221; (44%) sau &#8222;\u00eentr-o mare m\u0103sur\u0103&#8221; (18%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dintre factorii care influen\u021beaz\u0103 pozitiv s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103<\/strong>, cei mai mul\u021bi responden\u021bi (60%) consider\u0103 c\u0103 cei mai importan\u021bi sunt condi\u021biile de via\u021b\u0103, urmate de securitatea financiar\u0103 (53%). Aproximativ o treime dintre europeni consider\u0103 c\u0103 contactul cu natura \u0219i cu spa\u021biile verzi (35%), obiceiurile de somn (35%), activitatea fizic\u0103 (34%) \u0219i contactul social (33%) sunt factori-cheie pentru o bun\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Printre factorii negativi, \u00een toate statele membre, o mare majoritate consider\u0103 c\u0103 utilizarea re\u021belelor de socializare poate avea un impact negativ asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mintale a tinerilor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te modul \u00een care UE poate contribui cel mai mult la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mintale a cet\u0103\u021benilor europeni, cea mai mare parte a responden\u021bilor au ales &#8222;\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii generale a vie\u021bii&#8221; (45%), urmat\u0103 de &#8222;\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea accesului \u0219i a sprijinului pentru diagnosticarea, tratamentul \u0219i \u00eengrijirea pacien\u021bilor cu probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103&#8221; (37%) \u0219i &#8222;sprijinirea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mintale a celor mai vulnerabili&#8221; (35%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toate aceste rezultate arat\u0103 c\u0103, dincolo de rezolvarea problemelor economice \u0219i sociale, este esen\u021bial s\u0103 continu\u0103m s\u0103 lucr\u0103m \u00een domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mintale la nivelul UE, dar \u0219i \u00een fiecare \u021bar\u0103 membr\u0103, inclusiv la nivelul profesioni\u0219tilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printre m\u0103surile concrete, merit\u0103 amintit faptul c\u0103 \u00een 7 iunie 2023, Comisia European\u0103 a adoptat Comunicarea<a href=\"#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a> privind o abordare cuprinz\u0103toare a s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mintale, care va ajuta statele membre \u0219i p\u0103r\u021bile interesate s\u0103 ia m\u0103suri pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 provoc\u0103rilor legate de s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103. Aceasta cuprinde 20 de ini\u021biative, identific\u0103 oportunit\u0103\u021bi de finan\u021bare \u00een valoare de 1,23 miliarde EUR \u0219i se concentreaz\u0103 pe abordarea grupurilor vulnerabile, cum ar fi copiii, tinerii, emigran\u021bii \u0219i refugia\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printre m\u0103suri se discut\u0103 despre consolidarea form\u0103rii personalului medical care va fi esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru a continua s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 competen\u021bele \u0219i calitatea \u00eengrijirii, dar \u0219i pentru a reduce stigmatizarea \u0219i discriminarea \u0219i pentru a spori rezilien\u021ba unuia dintre cele mai expuse sectoare ale popula\u021biei active: personalul medical.
