Motivul a fost acela de a crea o zi care s\u0103 sensibilizeze \u0219i s\u0103 mobilizeze ac\u021biunea interna\u021bional\u0103 \u00eempotriva bolilor cardiovasculare. Iar din 2011, Ziua Mondial\u0103 a Inimii a devenit un eveniment anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.easistent.ro\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/inima.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.easistent.ro\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/inima.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8860\" width=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.easistent.ro\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/inima.jpg 732w, https:\/\/www.easistent.ro\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/inima-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.easistent.ro\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/inima-80x60.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 732px) 100vw, 732px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Motivul este unul evident, de vreme ce bolile cardiovasculare (BCV) reprezint\u0103 principala cauz\u0103 de deces la nivel mondial, provoc\u00e2nd aproximativ 17,9 milioane de decese \u00een fiecare an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd ne referim la bolile cardiovasculare vorbim de fapt despre un grup de afec\u021biuni ale inimii \u0219i vaselor de s\u00e2nge care includ boala coronarian\u0103, boala cerebro-vascular\u0103, boala reumatic\u0103 a inimii \u0219i alte afec\u021biuni. Mai mult de patru din cinci decese cauzate de BCV se datoreaz\u0103 atacurilor de cord \u0219i accidentelor vasculare cerebrale, iar o treime din aceste decese apar prematur la persoanele sub 70 de ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iat\u0103 de ce merit\u0103 s\u0103 combatem miturile care exist\u0103 pe aceast\u0103 tem\u0103 \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu cel privind v\u00e2rsta la care pot ap\u0103rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>1.
